As a 1099 Sub-contractor you will be provided the opportunity to earn from what you know as an Estimator. We have a fee schedule for each visit to a claim site, then a separate charge for the estimate i.e. (Site Visit $395.00 + Estimate Fee 2.5% of written scope amount). We are known for providing complete full loss value estimates. ScopeWriters are assigned within regions/states that you select.
Our services provide a real estimator/adjuster at a loss-site to provide an accurate rebuildable construction estimate. We align our services with high-caliber restoration contractors to assure that you will have a competent contractor, able to rebuild the loss. Whereas ScopeWriters estimating fees are between 1.50%- 3.50%, Initial Site Inspection fees are considered an upfront portion of an Estimators compensation. Certain Fees are collectable by the Estimator on site (Drone Footage -$495.00) +( Estimate Deposit of 25% of written value). ScopeWriter (S/W) fees are based on regional and local rates and partially attributable to Xactimate software final valuations.

On average $300,000 Loss, Total Estimated $7,500 Fee for

>> Drone Fee to Estimator $ 395.00
>> Total to Estimator $6,150.35
** Estimators rates & fees are defined in the ScopeWriters terms of service (ETOS). Percentages and fee splits are calculated by skills set, knowledge & return for correction (RFC).
