Our scope fees are based on type of specific service. Whereas construction estimating fees are between 2.0% - 4.0%, content estimation fees begin at 6.0% of the estimation total of each respectively. Appointment fees are not considered in any portion of an Estimators compensation. Estimators are responsible to charge and collect fees from clients directly under prescriptive ScopeWriters guidelines. ScopeWriter (S/W) fees are based on regional and local rates and partially attributable to Xactimate software final valuations.

** S/W appointment fees are not included in the estimator fee schedule/nor creditable for payment

** Estimators fees are defined in the ScopeWriters terms of service (ETOS) and provided upon account activation.

** No fees of any nature or charge-backs fees for the client package are charged. Incomplete or incorrect file format and charged to clients
