Perhaps you are looking to apply your talents from current or prior adjusting experience, now in the capacity of a estimator? If so,  then take a moment to see what ScopeWriters can offer you.   As a 1099 Sub-contractor you will be provided the opportunity to earn from what you know as an Estimator. We have a fee schedule for each visit to a claim site, then a separate charge for the estimate i.e. (Site Visit $395.00 x50%)+ Estimate Fee ($100,000 x 2.5% of written scope amount). We are known for providing complete full loss value estimates.  ScopeWriters are assigned within regions/states that you select. 

​ Our services provide a real estimator/adjuster at a loss-site to provide an accurate rebuildable construction estimate.  We align our services with high-caliber restoration contractors to assure that you will have a competent contractor, able to rebuild the loss.  Whereas ScopeWriters estimating fees are between 1.50%- 3.50%,  Initial Site Inspection fees are considered an upfront portion of an Estimators compensation.    Certain Fees are collectable by the Estimator on site    (Drone Footage -$495.00) +( Estimate Deposit of 25% of written value).  ScopeWriter (S/W) fees are based on regional and local rates and partially attributable to Xactimate software final valuations. ​

      On average $100,000 Loss, Total Estimated 

      >> Site Visit Fee ($395 x 40%)                               $   158.00

      >> Estimate Pays  ($ 2,500 x 70%)                        $1,750.00

      >> Drone Fee ($495 x 75%)                                  $   371.25 

      >> Total to Estimator                                            $2,279.25

** Estimators rates & fees are defined in the ScopeWriters terms of service (ETOS).  Percentages and fee splits are calculated by skills set, knowledge & return for correction (RFC).
